How do you package your products for shipping?
We take great care in packaging every order to the highest standard, ensuring your artwork is as protected as possible before it leaves our studio. However, once your order is in the hands of the courier, we are unable to control what occurs during transit and delivery.
Do prints come framed?
All prints arrive unframed and are carefully packaged in heavy duty, flat packages to minimise the risk of bending or damage during transit.
Do original artworks come framed?
Yes! All original artworks arrive pre-framed and ready to hang via wire hanging. The frame pictured with each artwork is the exact frame it will be delivered in — what you see is what you get.
What paper are your prints printed on?
Our prints are produced on 100% cotton rag paper, ensuring archival quality that is built to last. This premium paper stock preserves the vibrancy and detail of each artwork for years to come.
Do your artworks come with a certificate of authenticity?
Yes! Every original artwork and print is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, giving you complete confidence and peace of mind in your purchase.
